A: At this time, our shipping coverage is limited to addresses across the United States and all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not yet offer delivery services to international destinations beyond these regions.

Q: How can I keep tabs on my order’s delivery status?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey. U.S. orders are tracked via USPS, while Canadian shipments are processed through USPS International, with additional tracking available via Canada Post once the package enters Canada.
Q: What should I do if my package goes missing or is delayed?
A: For U.S. orders, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your package is lost or experiencing delays. For Canadian orders, please allow an extra 5–7 business days for customs clearance before reaching out—then contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. Send an email to
