Should your order fail to meet your expectations in any way, our team is ready to assist. We kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the following return and refund terms before proceeding with a return request.
  1. 30-Day Return Window
    Returns can be requested within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be approved, and no refunds will be issued.
  2. Return Eligibility Criteria
    To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must meet the following standards:
  • Remain in unused, original condition (no signs of wear, washing, or alterations)
  • Be accompanied by all original tags, labels, and included accessories
  • Be packaged in the original product box or wrapping (if applicable)
Important Note: Certain items are non-returnable by policy or for hygiene reasons. This includes all final sale goods and products clearly marked “non-returnable” on their respective product pages.
  1. Exchange Policy
    We do not currently offer direct exchanges for alternative sizes or colors. If you wish to receive a different version of your purchased item, we suggest placing a new order for the desired product, then initiating a separate return request for your original purchase. In instances where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, we reserve the right to offer a complimentary replacement or process a full refund at our discretion.
  2. Return Shipping Expenses
  • Our Responsibility (Defective/Wrong Item): We will cover all return shipping costs and may provide a prepaid return label, where this service is available.
  • Change of Mind (e.g., incorrect size choice, changed preference): The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please note: Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a direct result of our error.
  1. Return Initiation Process
    Do not ship any items back to us without first obtaining approval.

  • Your unique order number
  • A clear explanation of the return reason
  • For defective items: High-resolution, well-lit photos that clearly show the defect or issue
Once our team reviews your request, we will confirm your return eligibility and send you detailed, step-by-step return instructions.
  1. Refund Processing Timeline
    After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business daysPlease note: Your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to process the refund and reflect it in your account balance.
  2. Refund Not Received?
    First, we recommend checking with your financial institution—delays often occur on their end during the processing period. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and it still has not appeared in your account, please reach out to [email protected]  for further assistance.
  3. Special Provisions for Canadian Customers: Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges
    For orders shipped to Canada, any duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or your chosen carrier are non-refundable, even if you return the merchandise. Refunds will only include the product’s purchase price, plus original shipping costs if legally required and the return is due to our error. All customs-related fees are excluded from refund calculations.
