- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays observed in the U.S. or Canada.
- Canadian orders may require an extra 1–2 business days to validate shipping details and prepare customs documentation (such as commercial invoices). This step is essential to comply with Canadian import regulations and prevent potential delays at the border.
- Estimated Delivery WindowsDelivery timelines begin after your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment partner:
- United States (Standard Shipping): 5–10 business days

- Canadian Orders: Shipped internationally via USPS International. Final-mile delivery within Canada may be completed by Canada Post or another local carrier, depending on the delivery address and package specifications.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
Tracking Tip for Canadian Customers: USPS tracking updates may cease once the package enters Canada. For ongoing delivery status, we recommend using your tracking number to check the Canada Post website or the carrier’s international tracking portal.

For U.S. Orders:

- Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to request delivery confirmation or file a formal claim.
- If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us within 7 days of the marked “delivered” date.
For Canadian Orders:
- Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery window to account for customs processing or carrier handoffs.
- Verify with Canada Post whether your package is being held for unpaid duties, taxes, or missing documentation.
- Check with neighbors or your local post office to see if the package was left with a third party.
- If the package is still missing, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

- Our Commitment: Resolving Lost or Severely Delayed OrdersWhile the vast majority of orders arrive without incident, we recognize that unexpected issues can arise—especially with cross-border shipments.
An order will be classified as confirmed lost or unrecoverable if it meets the following criteria:
- U.S. Orders: No delivery within 15 business days after shipment
- Canadian Orders: No delivery within 30 business days after shipment
In such cases, once we’ve verified the package status with the carrier, you may choose one of the following resolutions:✅ A full refund of the product(s) and original shipping costs✅ A complimentary reshipment of the same item(s), subject to inventory availability
Important Qualifications: To be eligible for these remedies, you must have contacted us within the reporting windows outlined in Section 6, and we must complete our carrier verification process (which may take 5–10 business days). Refunds or reshipments will only be issued after the package is confirmed lost—not based on estimated delivery dates alone.
