Currencies

  • Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are priced and billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Please note that regardless of your selected display currency, the final charge applied to your payment card will follow the shipping destination-based currency rules outlined above.
If your card is issued in a country or currency different from your shipping destination, your card issuer may apply a foreign exchange rate and/or transaction fees. These charges are set entirely by your bank or card provider—we do not impose or collect any of these fees.

Authorizations and Charges

When you place an order, your bank will usually place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full order amount. This is a standard banking procedure to confirm that your card has enough funds to cover the purchase. If your order is canceled, this hold will be released. A final charge will only be processed once your order has been verified and confirmed for shipment.
In the event that a payment is declined (e.g., due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or security restrictions) or flagged for additional review, we will notify you promptly via email. We may request supplementary information—such as billing address verification—to resolve the issue. If we are unable to successfully validate your payment details, we may need to cancel the order to protect against unauthorized transactions.

Refunds

All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. This approach ensures a secure, traceable refund process that complies with industry-leading financial security practices. Once we process your refund (after inspecting returned items, if relevant), you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement, though this timeline may vary depending on your bank’s internal processing protocols.
